The NICU project aims to evaluate and improve delivery room readiness in level 1 and 2 community delivery rooms and NICUs with simulation and debriefing by assessing delivery room clinical provider skills, facility equipment, teamwork and competency in resuscitation, identifying critical team and individual performance areas of improvement, and providing telemedicine NRP simulation training over a 6 month period.
