ImPACTS Community of Practice and Peer Learning That Grows with You
Live sessions, shared tools, and national discussion for pediatric champions

The ImPACTS Community of Practice is the heart of our national peer network. It brings together PECCs, PRISMs, and pediatric champions across the country to try to share ideas, tackle challenges, and celebrate wins together. These informal and interactive sessions are a space to learn from others, ask questions, and build confidence in leading Pediatric Readiness work.
Each month, we host a live Zoom call featuring a PRISM to lead the conversation and share case highlights, new tools, and Q&A sessions. Topics range from simulation tips and leadership strategies to navigating burnout and fostering equity in pediatric emergency care. It’s a community that values curiosity, connection, and progress and not just perfection.
We know not everyone can join live. That is why we archive past sessions and share highlights and resources through our Community Peer Portal. Whether you are attending for the first time or participating in the community over our Zulip platform, you are always welcome!
