Using the ImPACTS Mentorship Model, you'll build skills in stages and become a champion of pediatric readiness, supported by PRISM mentors, SimBox simulations, Champion Development resources, and a Community of Practice. Public previews help you start, and signing up grants access to extensive resources, including checklists and templates.

ImPACTS supports PECCs through a four-stage mentorship pathway that blends simulation, peer learning, and step-by-step guidance. Each stage includes clear objectives and checklists, with PRISMs providing mentorship throughout.
